How to train for police fitness exam.
Training this year to try and pass my local police station initial fitness test. It consists of a push up, sit up and long distance tests. The only part of the exam is the sit ups, idk why but I just can do more than the 38 required. What kinds of works outs can I do to improve my sit up count?
